Meron Airlines has three workshops, with more than 50 sets of advanced production equipment and 130 sets of various detection equipment. Meilong Airlines Plant 1 covers an area of 15,000 square meters, Plant 2 covers an area of 24,000 square meters and Plant 3 covers an area of about 2200 square meters. At present, two production lines of hot-pressing tank moulding and precision mechanical processing for composite materials have been built. Composite material production line has hot-pressing tank forming and moulding process, equipped with low temperature cold storage, purification room, preprepreg feeding machine, high-speed honeycomb band saw, hot-pressing tank, hot-pressing machine, five-axis gantry high-speed processing center and other imported advanced equipment, which can meet the maximum length of 7.5 meters composite parts forming. Precision metal processing mainly produces high-precision complex metal parts of aircraft hydraulic and fuel systems. The production line has more than ten precision CNC machining equipment, which can process parts with a maximum size of one meter.
